군사용 장비 부품 노후화 사전 · 사후 관리에 관한 연구
Abstract
본 연구는 산업 현장의 생산을 직접 하는 당사자들로써 장비 개발 및 생산에 있어 부품 단종 관리를 하는데 더 적극적인 자세로 자구책을 마련하여 대비는 하지만 여전히 부품 단종을 막을 수 없는 현실이다. 특히 중공업의 경우 실질적으로 장기간 사용하는 장비 생산을 운용 · 지원 공급하는 부품을 관리 하는데 있어 부품단종 현상은 개발 현장 보다 더 심화되고 있어 실질적으로 정비 지원을 위한 부품공급을 보다 현실적인 관리가 필요하다 특히 군은 무기체계의 운용유지 단계에서 부터 정비 지원을 하고 있기 때문에 부품단종 관리가 미협한 현실이며 총 수명 주기 또한 수동적 (Reactive)으로 움직이고 있다. 중공업 및 군은 고가의 장비 체계를 운용 · 유지하기 위해서는 부품의 지원성 관리가 필연적이며 수동적(Reactive) 사후관리 보다 적극적인 능동적(Proactive)사전관리과 선행되어야 군수용 장비인 무기체 계의 사용 기간을 연장 하고 후속 정비지원의 효율적인 비용 절감함과 동시에 이루수기 위해서는 업무의 절차 및 부품 단종관리 정보체계 시스템 개발 및 도입이 선행 되어야 할 것이다.
