농어촌 광대역 가입자망 서비스의 성공모형에 관한 연구
Abstract
50가구 미만의 농어촌 지역에 지자체, 사업자와 공동투자방식으로 농어촌 광대역 가입자 망 구축 사업을 추진 중이며, 이 사업은 도시 농촌 간 정보격차 해소를 성과목표로 추진되고 있다. 그러나 지속적인 구축을 위해서는 농어촌 광대역 가입자망 서비스 성공에 미치는 요인들을 규명해야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농어촌 광대역 사업자망 서비스의 성공 요인을 규명하고 실증적인 분석을 통해 성공 요인을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 논문은 2013년∼2014년 기 구축한 12개 마을의 서비스 가입자를 대상으로 정보시스템 성공 요인인 서비스 품질, 시스템 품질 등이 서비스 이용과 사용자 만족에 미치는 영향, 정보격차를 해소하기 위한 농어촌 광대역 가입자 망 가입자에게 미치는 효과를 분석하였 다. 수집된 자료의 분석 결과는 시스템 품질은 서비스 만족에, 서비스 품질은 서비스 이용에, 시스템 이용과 서비스 만 족은 개인효용에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증적 연구결과를 바탕으로 농어촌 광대역 가입자 망 구축 시 필요한 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
Recently, Broadband Internet service in the rural area is deployed actively so it will be needed to identify the factors influencing success for continuous spread. In this paper, we explain the users’satisfaction of BcN for rural area and verify success factors such as obstacles the digital divide through the empirical analysis. We select basic variables from Information System (IS) Success Model and add specific variables from former research about overcoming digital divide. The results show that system quality has a significant influence on satisfaction. Use and satisfaction have an impact on eliminating the digital divide in rural area. Based on the findings, academic and practical implications for establishing Broadband Service in rural area are also discussed.
