Detection of Illegal User Transactions of Rental Equipment Using Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence Technology

Abstract This paper presents a system designed to detect illegal transactions involving rental equipment by utilizing Vision AI and computer vision technologies. It serves as a case study demonstrating how AI-powered image analysis can address the issue of illegal distribution of telecommunications equipment on online second-hand trading platforms. The development process involves five key steps: image data collection, annotation, preprocessing, data augmentation, and model training.
